As a PPS Mutual accredited adviser, you’ll be supported by a dedicated Relationship Manager — from onboarding, product knowledge, through to marketing support and business planning, your Relationship Manager is there to deliver value wherever it’s needed. Consider them your first call for guidance, resources, and practical support as you grow with PPS Mutual.

Meanwhile, our Support team is always on hand for queries related to new business, policy servicing, claims, commission payments, or technology related questions. This team also takes care of customer queries providing an end-to-end service experience. Where permitted, we will keep you informed of any client-initiated interactions.
